What do we provide?
The Crafty Goose hire includes 2 bar staff, glassware for up to 80 guests, ice, 2 built-in beverage taps and all barware associated with making cocktails. Your experience with our service begins with choosing the beverages that suit your style and event. As we are not licensed you will need to place the order and pay directly with the supplier - however, we are available to lend a helping hand if you need it. We can offer you some contacts with Queensland wine makers and merchants to assist you with your beverage selections.
For an event over 80 guests we will require additional bar staff, this service along with additional glassware will come at an additional charge.
We will arrive at your event location at a pre-arranged time with you to ensure our set up is well and truly completed before your guests arrive.
What drinks can we serve?
The Crafty Goose can serve beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks. We can also make 2 signature cocktails per event (prior discussion regarding choices required) and offer coffee and tea packages to finish off your event perfectly (coffee made from our premium Italian espresso machine). We choose to use coffee supplied by First Batch Coffee Roasters, a unique speciality roaster on the Sunshine Coast, Please be sure to let us know if there is something you would like to serve that we have not listed here.
Do we provide table service?
Not usually. We prefer to serve only from the Crafty Goose so your guests can experience all she has to offer and mingle with other guests. Our staff will rove around your event to collect empty glasses and answer any questions your guests may have about what they are drinking.
Does the Crafty Goose sell alcohol?
No we don’t. All alcoholic and non-alcoholic purchases will need to be supplied to us by you. We are always happy to help and can assist with advising you on volume of beverages needed for the event.
Where are we based and where do we travel to?
The Crafty Goose is located in Bargara, but we love an adventure so please contact us if you are further afield. Travel to your event within 50km of Bundaberg is included in your hire and we can work with you to tailor a package including travel if required.
Do we have public liability insurance?
We sure do!!

Can The Crafty Goose enjoy a party in the park?
We most certainly can, however you will need to arrange to obtain and pay for all necessary council permits.
Are our bar staff trained?
Yes all of our bar staff hold RSA’s, great knowledge of the beverages you have chosen to serve and are so friendly your guests will feel as if they are mingling with long held friends.
